"Employees are always friendly and always strive to ensure the customer is happy. The online check in is awesome!!! And the screen displaying the wait times is a great feature. I checked the wait times before I left my house and it was only a 10 min wait....Glad I checked in online because when I arrived there were several people that had just walked in before me."

"My son loves the MVP haircut and feels really special getting the little neck massage. He has always hated getting his haircut and after 11 years of torture he finally has found a place that doesn't make him absolutely miserable. Also the haircut is consistently good. No more hack jobs since we started going here! He has had 4 haircuts from Sports Clips and we plan on going only there for him from now on. "
